The Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure will revisit the case of a physician as a result of his guilty plea Monday in U.S. District Court in Covington. Dr. Ghassan Haj-Hamed had been practicing medicine at his clinic in Cold>Spring under certain restrictions, but his plea of guilty to distributing controlled substances may change that, board Assistant General Counsel Chad Elder said Tuesday.
